We have always been committed to providing opportunities for people of all ages within our local communities in Somerset. Sharing our expertise and inspiring people who want to make a positive change in their life, develop a career they are passionate about, make a difference and learn new skillsets.
We are actively involved in developing a centre of excellence at Williton Works in collaboration with the West Somerset Railway Plc.
Developing Williton Works into a railway engineering training centre of excellence will allow the railway to offer engineering apprenticeships. This will provide opportunities for people to learn new skills vital to the heritage railways, keeping heritage alive.
We are also involved in various Go Kids Go! projects supporting local children in need.
