Kinlet Hall Ltd
GWR 4900 Class No. 4936 ‘Kinlet Hall’ is currently the oldest Hall class locomotive running on the mainline network. Built in 1929, she ran more than a million miles in GWR and BR service before being withdrawn. ‘Kinlet Hall’ is now a resident engine on the West Somerset Railway, withdrawn from service in October 2016 to enable another General Overhaul to take place.

Pannier Tank ‘9466’ was built by Robert Stevenson’s Hawthorne Newcastle works in 1951 to a GWR design. ‘9466’ is the only surviving mainline registered member of this class of locomotive. ‘9466’ was lovingly restored at Quainton Road Railway Centre by a dedicated team of enthusiasts.
